Agency operations

AI visibility API and reporting for agencies

Keep each client in a separate workspace, compare progress, and deliver white-label PDF reports. The authenticated API exposes data and provider metrics for the workspace linked to each key. A complete API export of reports or the full client portfolio is not available yet.

The data an agency needs

Reporting uses the same measurements your team sees in the dashboard. Every report keeps the client and audit context.

GeoScore and trend

A visibility score and its history to explain changes between reporting periods.

Presence by AI

A provider breakdown based on the results saved in each audit.

Competitors

A comparison with brands competing for the same client questions.

Answers and citations

Evidence from captured answers to understand mentions and cited sources.

Multi-client reporting without manual screenshots

The agency account brings operations together while keeping clients separate. Deliverables come from completed audits, not isolated screenshots.

Global dashboard

Review rankings, trends, and clients needing attention from a shared view.

Per-client workspace

Open each client dashboard to review prompts, results, recommendations, and trends.

White-label PDF

Download a report with the agency logo and configured colours.

Editable narrative

Adjust the headline, conclusions, recommendations, and a signed note while figures and AI quotes stay unchanged.

Current availability

API: access, data, and limits

Accounts can generate revocable keys to connect external tools. A key can retrieve its workspace profile, the latest 12 scores, up to 5 pending recommendations, the latest audit, and provider aggregates: mention rate, average position, dominant sentiment, and response count. The API does not return the PDF, full answers, every competitor, or a multi-client agency view.

Authentication

Keys are shown once, stored securely, and can be revoked from the account.

Confirmed limits

Up to 5 active keys on the account's first active workspace and 60 requests per minute per key.

Per-workspace scope

Each key belongs to one workspace. Available providers depend on the plan and data is limited to that client.

Permissions and client separation

The data model preserves ownership and context for each workspace.

  • Each client has a separate workspace linked to the agency.
  • Reports are only generated for workspaces owned by the authorised account.
  • API keys belong to a workspace, are stored as hashes, and can be revoked.
  • White labelling only applies to accounts and plans with that capability.

Frequently asked questions

What does the authenticated API return?

Basic workspace data, the latest 12 scores, up to 5 pending recommendations, the latest audit, and provider aggregates. Each key can only access its own workspace.

Can I connect Looker Studio, BI, or my CRM?

You can consume the available endpoints from your own tool, but there are no ready-made native connectors or a complete report export. Check that the available fields cover your use case first.

What can I deliver to clients today?

A PDF generated from a completed audit, with white labelling, trends, results, and agency-editable copy that does not alter figures or AI quotes.

How is client data separated?

Each client has a separate workspace, and report routes verify that it belongs to the authorised account.
